Brian Barker, CEO
Brian Barker has over 25 years of experience in the computer software business. Prior to NorthBay he was a Director at EMC Corp. He also served stints as CEO of Cambridge Technology Vision, an M&A SaaS vendor acquired by Intralinks & was President of ClearSpring Technologies, an event driven management software vendor acquired by Veritas.
He also has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Synthetic Networks, a network testing vendor acquired by Agilent – Vice President of Sales and Business Development at the mobile software vendor Isovia , Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CambridgeDocs, acquired by EMC and President of OneStone USA, a workflow vendor acquired by Lotus Development Corporation.
Irfan Virk, Partner and Co-Founder
Irfan leads NorthBay’s US delivery organization and is responsible for all customer projects as well as customer success. Irfan has a rich successful entrepreneurial history of leading organizations. Irfan’s experiences include positions at Accenture as well as numerous organizations he has co-founded including CambridgeDocs and GameView Studios.
Jim Keller, Senior Vice President, Sales
Jim Keller is responsible for driving sales and partnerships for NorthBay. Jim has successfully helped propel growth for both public and private companies within the technology marketplace for over 25 years. For the past 5 years, Jim served as Vice President of Boston Interactive, an award winning top tier digital agency providing interactive services to clients such as Charles River Labs, Earth Fare, California Paints, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Boston Redevelopment Authority, and hundreds of others. Jim’s passion for creating unique digital strategies for B2B and B2C clients keeps him energized to start early and go long each and every day. Jim’s past successes also include senior executive level positions with Servciesoft, Open Market, Hyperion Solutions, Opus3 Media, and SunGard Data Systems.
Raza Shaikh, CTO
With over 15 years of delivering technology services and building products, Raza Shaikh brings a wealth of experience. Along with running Kendall Square Labs, a mobile apps business, he has been part of the Broad Institute of MIT & Harvard building their Chemical Biology Informatics Platform before joining NorthBay.
Raza also has helped build Formulatrix a robotics and software company in the life science area dominating the protein crystallography automation market. He has worked with Techlogix building products including content moblization platform for Clickmarks (acquired by Vodaphone) and managing Fortune 100 customers in the Digital ID and Financial sector for software services. Prior to that Raza lead the development of CRM products for telecom for Vroom, a venture backed company and worked in Video Conferencing area before that.
