The Challenge

HappyNest skillfully employs AWS Cloud Infrastructure to drive its laundry service platforms, adeptly integrating advanced managed services like sophisticated database solutions with non-managed services, including EC2. This strategic approach underpins the robust business applications critical to their service delivery. Moreover, HappyNest focuses on operational efficiency and optimization through the use of automated processes for software deployment, testing, and performance monitoring. This underscores their dedication to harnessing state-of-the-art cloud solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of their laundry services.

HappyNest encountered significant challenges in managing, operating, and updating its AWS environment to ensure security, functionality, and up-to-date performance.
