Intelligize collects, analyzes and connects related documents like SEC filings and associated exhibits, comment letters and responses, deal summaries and underlying agreements, and accounting standards to enable legal and public entities among others to see the bigger picture. Intelligize helps customers to mitigate risks by identifying precedents, adopting market standard language, and optimizes disclosure strategy in response to evolving regulatory positions. The resulting information enables customers to strengthen negotiations, build stronger deals and agreements.
In order to provide the best possible services to the customers, Intelligize is using AWS infrastructure for effective, cost efficient and robust solutions.
Intelligize is actively building GenAI use cases to empower their users with the benefits of GenAI and to remain the industry leader. ‘AskAI’ is one of the major use cases the Intelligize team has created.
The Challenge
Currently the user can perform different searches. After getting the search results, the user has to read each document to find the answer to his/her question. There can be “n” number of documents which come as output of the result. This takes a lot of time for the user to read each document to find the desired result.
Vision
Intelligize wanted to provide an AI platform for the user to ask any question from the search results using natural language. The “AskAI” feature can turn hours of user effort into minutes.
The Implication
Accuracy was required to be high as well as creating a low cost solution. Performance, in terms of latency, was also another consideration for the best possible user experience.
Solution
Intelligize formed a strategic partnership with NorthBay Solutions, a Premier Tier AWS Consulting and Managed Services Provider. NorthBay's extensive experience in designing, deploying, operating, and managing advanced cloud solutions and GenAI related projects made them an ideal choice to meet Intelligize's requirements and to provide tailored Managed Services solutions.
As an implementation of this use case, a chatbot window has been created where the user can interactively communicate with the system. After performing a search, the user enters the question in the chatbot window. The question is sent to the LLM with the relevant text of each document from search results. Answers from LLM are displayed to the user against each document.
