His areas of speciality include Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, Social and Mobile Gaming, Online Advertising, Blockchain, New Media, Indie Film-making, Zen Meditation, Writing/Publishing, Creativity & Innovation.

Irfan leads NorthBay’s global organization with vision and expertise. Irfan has a rich, successful entrepreneurial history of leading organizations. Irfan’s experiences include positions at Accenture as well as numerous leadership positions for organizations he has co-founded including CambridgeDocs and GameView Studios.

John Flavin Chief Operating Officer

John is responsible for leading the strategic growth of NorthBay Solutions. Amongst various executive and senior positions with a diverse set of Information Technology firms such Burroughs/Unisys, General Electric, and Delphi Technology, John previously led professional services divisions ranging from $150 million to $245 million at Capgemini and Keane (now NTT Data). John has extensive experience with on shore/off shore/near shore delivery models including Pakistan, India, China and Canada.

Adam Bryan CFO

Adam is an accomplished Operations and Finance Executive with extensive leadership experience. He has served as Managing Director and General Manager of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. Additionally, he was President, CEO and Board Member for Omego, a $300M trade processing business, and COO of Broker/Fund Management Group for Thomson Financial. He also served as CFO for Thomson Financial, based in Sydney, Australia, further showcasing his global expertise and financial acumen.

Laxmikanth expertly drives NorthBay’s technical direction, including global solutions, tooling, and innovative products. Laxmikanth has nearly 20 years of high-tech experience, where he has held influential lead technical roles with AWS, Oracle, and HCL.
